Sale items are considered final sales and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

  • We offer exchange and refunds on full priced items through our hassle free online portal within 14 days of purchase for Australian customers.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. Damaged, washed, altered, or worn items cannot be returned
  • Return shipping labels are generated via the portal and will be emailed. 
  • Sale items are considered final sales and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

    • Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
    • Gift vouchers are redeemable within 12 month of purchase.
    • Please retain the receipt as proof of purchase.

        EXCEPTIONS
        • If you believe the product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered you can lodge a request for an exchange or refund via our hassle free online portal. 
        • Australian Consumer Law guarantees that you can receive a replacement, refund, or compensation for a major failure or defect in the goods, or have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.
        • Faulty returns are free of charge.
        PROCESSING TIME
        • We aim to process all returns within 1 business days of receiving your item(s). You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return. Please note, this time period may vary during busy periods. 
        RETURN TO SENDER
        • If an order is returned due to an insufficient address, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Any customers who return an order and mark the parcel as Return to Sender will have the $15 shipping fee deducted from their return.
        • If a return is sent to anyone of our stores and not processed via the online portal it will be returned to sender.
